Step 2 — Fulfillment
The attendant gets it done at the shop
Whoever created the order, the shop attendant makes sure it is fulfilled and the money is accounted for.

The attendant finds the items on the right shelves, prepares the order, and marks it ready.
Confirm payment
If the customer already paid (sub-vendor or STK at counter), it is on record. If not yet paid, the attendant collects cash or runs STK push at the till.
Pickup or delivery
Customer collects in-store — done. Needs delivery? The attendant summons a rider or messenger from the app.
Step 3 — Delivery
Riders are summoned in the app
No phone calls chasing boda riders. Assign from the shop, track the job, and close it when the customer has the goods.
Already paid? Deliver and close.
When payment came in at order creation or at the counter, the rider's job is straightforward: collect the parcel, deliver it, and mark the order complete in the app.
Pay on delivery? Rider collects via M-Pesa.
For payment-on-delivery orders, the rider prompts the customer with M-Pesa STK push after drop-off. Payment lands in the app, the order closes, and everyone's ledger updates.
