Common questions
Does a micro-vendor need to be present at the stall?
No. The entire point of Asap Stack is remote visibility. You can stock your shelf, monitor sales, and track your ledger entirely from your mobile device.
How are commission splits calculated?
Commissions are automatically calculated on every sale based on the agreed rate set up in the platform. No manual input is required from either the shop owner or the vendor.
How does shelf rent work?
Monthly rent is automatically deducted from a vendor's ledger balance on the configured billing date. Both parties receive a transparent record of every deduction.
Is M-Pesa the only payment method?
M-Pesa STK push is the primary digital payment method at the point of sale. Cash payments can also be recorded by shop attendants through the checkout interface.
