Attendants & riders are included on the shop plan
Shop attendants ring up walk-ins, fulfill orders, and dispatch riders. Riders see their jobs in the app and can run M-Pesa STK push for pay-on-delivery orders. Your shop owner account covers their access — you control who gets in.

Common questions
Can a shelf sub-vendor create an order without being at the shop?
Yes. They build the order on their phone and it lands in the attendant's queue. They can also trigger M-Pesa payment when creating the order, so money is collected before fulfillment.
What about walk-in customers who just show up?
The shop attendant creates the order at the counter — cash or M-Pesa STK push. One checkout can mix items from several shelf sub-vendors.
How does delivery work?
When an order needs to go out, the attendant summons a rider or messenger from the app. The rider sees the job, delivers the parcel, and marks it complete.
What is payment on delivery?
For orders not paid upfront, the rider prompts the customer with M-Pesa STK push after delivery. Once payment confirms in the app, the order closes and ledgers update.
How does shelf rent work?
Monthly rent is deducted from each sub-vendor's ledger balance on the billing date you set. Both sides see every deduction.
